FAQ

  • All customers must PRE-BOOK their practice sessions in advance to access our facility.

  • To ensure a comfortable experience, we recommend a MAXIMUM of 6 PLAYERS at any time per booking per room.

  • Reservations can be cancelled without charges up to 6 HOURS before the scheduled start time. Bookings cancelled after that period are non-refundable. Please plan your visit accordingly to avoid any inconvenience.

  • We provide a vending machine (payment by card only) with snacks and soft drinks for your enjoyment.

  • There is AMPLE PARKING in the building's parking lot, and free street parking is available in front and beside the building.

  • Yes, the TTC is just steps from our door. You can board the 44 Kipling or 944 Kipling Express buses which run frequently between Kipling Subway Station and Pool Lab.
